Terms of Service
Last updated: 12/11/2025
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Commerscury's services. By using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Commerscury, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. User Content
You retain all rights to the content you post on Commerscury. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content in connection with the service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service to post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. You also agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the service.
5. Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Commerscury and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
Commerscury shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Use of Third-Party Public Content (Stack Overflow / Stack Exchange API)
Our platform is currently in an early stage and, because users have not yet created their own questions or answers, we temporarily display publicly available content sourced from Stack Overflow and the Stack Exchange network through the official StackExchange API. This content includes public questions, answers, comments, tags, and related metadata, and is used in full compliance with the Stack Exchange API Terms of Use and the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike (CC BY-SA 4.0) license. We do not collect, store, process, or display any private or sensitive user data from Stack Overflow, and all original authorship and attribution information is preserved. The imported content is used solely as placeholder material until our community generates its own content, and we make no ownership claims over any third-party material displayed on the platform.
